Vapour Blasting
Vapour Blasting also commonly known as wet blasting is highly effective yet very gentle method of removing surface deposits from metals such as aluminium, brass, stainless steel, titanium, bronze & all alloys.
Different grades of media with water to produce slurry and propelled at high pressure to gently remove the surface contaminates without damaging the item surface.
The process removes surface staining whilst peening the surface to help prevent future staining & corrosion. Painted parts will commonly involve a 2-stage blasting process, one to remove the paint and one to polish the aluminium.
