Ultrasonic cleaning utilises high frequency sound waves to produce microscopic bubbles that explode to very effectively dislodge dirt, grime, & petrol residue from the parts.
Because it is very gentle on parts & utilises non corrosive substances it gets into those hard to reach areas, perfect for small engine parts, carburettors etc.
It is very effective at removing contaminates but it cannot restore metals or remove dulling due to age, but this can be performed by vapour blasting prior to ultrasonic cleaning.
